Not even close. A lot of tech that simply automates current inefficient practices. It is critical to get preconstruction process right first, then integrate internal and external owner/design builder planning, procurement, and project delivery teams. Furthermore, without objective, verifiable, current, local market construction task data, organized by expanded CSI MasterFormat, your dead in the water from day one. Love it. I agree. Tools are easy. Process is hard. Focus on process and best practice first. Then add tools. Once you get your systems down, these tools add major value from my experience. What tools are on your radar?

Simply... we need less focus upon tech and tools and more upon developing continuous, competent, accountable leadership across the AECOO spectrum.

"Top tools" lists just tend to imply the importance of tech and perpetuate the fallacy. ERP, IWMS, CAFM, CMMS... all tools that in reality do little if anything to provide cost visibility, cost management....
