State-of-the-art renovation of a 21,120 SF shell space to create a new Progressive Care Unit.

Complex multi-phased expansion/renovation of approximately 25,000 SF of space located in the heart of the hospital to allow for 10 enlarged operating rooms and a new lab.

Demolition of hospital’s existing morgue and construction of new 3,000 SF Histology / Cytology Lab. Second phase includes demolition of existing admin space and construction of new 2,000 SF Frozen Section Lab.

Complex multi-phased expansion/renovation of approximately 25,000 SF of space located in the heart of the hospital for a new state-of-the-art emergency department. Project is built while keeping the hospital’s emergency department up and running.
5. Cedars Sinai Medical Center – Patient Healing Garden | Beverly Hills, CA | Layton Construction | 2021 – 2022 | Senior Project Manager

Design and construction of a world-class state-of-the-art Patient Healing Garden concealed by a meandering steel fence and filled with steel and stone artwork. Garden supports patients inside a brand-new (26) bed critical care pediatric suite.
6. Cedars Sinai Medical Center – SCCT Plaza Beds | Beverly Hills, CA | Layton Construction | 2020 – 2022 | Senior Project Manager

Design-Assist + fast-tracking delivery method. Complex expansion/renovation of approximately 25,000 SF of space located in the Saperstein Critical Care Tower (SCCT) to allow for the addition of (26) new critical care patient beds.

Complex 15,000 SF building expansion to allow for the addition of (2) state-of-the-art CV-OR rooms, new storage room, and clean supply room to the hospital’s surgery department. Project was built while keeping all adjacent departments up and running.

State-of-the-art renovation of a 16,120 SF Imaging Department plus a 5,000 SF expansion to create a new pedestrian corridor and improve connectivity to the main facility. Project was built while keeping all adjacent departments up and running.
11. Valley Presbyterian Hospital – Emergency Department Expansion | Los Angeles, CA | Layton Construction | 2017 – 2019 | Project Manager

Full renovation and expansion of hospital’s operational emergency department. Plans include adding 20,505 square feet of space, increasing the patient bed capacity from 24 to 34 beds, and modernizing patient and clinical areas to improve access, comfort and workflow.

Three ground-up buildings for the three block site – a performing arts center, retail bazaar, and parking structure. These distinct functions are linked by a sequence of public domains including a plaza, courtyard and marina dock.
