I’m Kyle, a Senior Project Manager for Layton Construction with a track record of leading large-scale construction projects to predictable outcomes. With over $350M+ in projects under my belt, I leverage lean principles to improve efficiency and outcomes. My journey from laborer to project leader across various sectors, including healthcare and commercial hospitality, has equipped me with a unique perspective on the industry.
