I prefer to label it as “Influential Project Management”. I'm somewhat obsessed with leadership, lean principles, and the idea of taking frameworks from psychology & behavioral economics and applying them to project management. There's so much more overlap than we realize. Some might label it as "process optimization," but I find that term a bit too narrow.
