Your agent-centric plan for construction is a great example of AI *reallocating* work toward coordination and judgment. I'm curious: when you talk with PMs on the ground, how are they experiencing the identity shift from doer to orchestrator? Are they excited, anxious, both? And what does organizational culture need to support that transition?
