History has shown us that it takes a special kind of leader with unique competencies and skills to successfully build great teams.
A critical project management technique is team building.
Team building is the act of meaningfully connecting teammates in a manner that improves the group’s performance and morale.
I believe that a team working together with discipline, singleness of purpose, and a commitment to excellence could prevail, no matter how heavy the odds were stacked against them.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been collecting quotes, articles, stories, and whatever else I think might help someone. This has become a big part of my thinking process and mindset.

Whether your team needs a plan for collaboration or inspiring team-building ideas, these quotes about working together are sure to motivate everyone to do their very best work.
